Roast Meats

Our experience shows that the perfect meat roast is cooked using a confit oven – circulating the heat evenly to keep your crackling nice and crispy and the meat juicy!

In addition you can choose from our salads and potatoes menu to compliment your meal.

 

Hampshire Feast Meat Roast – choose from one of the following:

All roasts serve 100 people as a main meal or 120 people in a bun.

Hog Roast

  • A whole British hog, served with crackling, sage & ale stuffing and apple sauce
  • Selection of chutneys and sauces, freshly baked breads or baps

Lamb Roast

  • Roasted lamb joints, served with mint sauce or redcurrant jelly
  • Selection of chutneys and sauces, freshly baked breads or baps

Cow Roast

  • Slowly roasted briskets of beef, served with horseradish sauce
  • Selection of chutneys and sauces, freshly baked breads or baps

Mixed Roast Meats

  • British beef brisket, horseradish
  • British roast hog, apple sauce
  • Roast lamb, mint sauce
  • Selection of chutneys and sauces, freshly baked breads or baps

 

Vegetarian and Vegan – please choose one of the following options:

  • Goats cheese and sun-dried tomato tarts
  • Hand-made falafel burgers served with flatbread and tzatziki
  • Vegetarian burgers/sausages
  • Chunky vegetable skewers
  • Roasted butternut squash tabouleh and pomegranate
  • Chargrilled halloumi and balsamic Mediterranean vegetables
