The Big Pans offer a street-food type feel to your event – they look fantastic, smell fantastic and taste fantastic!

The Big Pans sit on retired whiskey barrels to create a wonderful centrepiece for your food service.

Paellas 

Traditional Spanish rice, cooked with tomatoes, onions and smoked garlic, finished with saffron seasoning.
Served with chunky Mediterranean vegetable and feta salad and a selection of fresh breads.

  • Chicken & Chorizo
    Marinated chicken thighs and chunky chorizo, topped with Serano ham, olives and rocket
  • Seafood
    Selection of fresh market fish and shellfish, topped with sun-blushed tomatoes, lemon wedges and rocket
  • Butternut Squash & Roasted Red Pepper
    Roasted butternut squash and roasted red pepper, wilted spinach and topped with antipasti olives

Curries

    Choose from Red, Green or Massaman Curry
    Served with sticky rice, flatbread, spicy crackers and mango slaw

    Choose from Tikka Masala, Korma, Balti, Madras, Rogan Josh or Jalfrezi
    Served with braised rice, naan bread, kachuma, poppadum’s, mint yogurt and mango chutney

Served with braised rice and pea, lightly pickled mango slaw and hardo bread.

    Chicken thighs marinated in Jamaican jerk paste, with jerk gravy
  • Caribbean Curried Goat
    Succulent chunks of goat meat cooked with traditional Caribbean spices, Scotch bonnet peppers and potatoes
