Our experience shows that the perfect meat roast is cooked using a confit oven – circulating the heat evenly to keep your crackling nice and crispy and the meat juicy!

You can choose options from our salads and potatoes menu to go with your meal.

Hampshire Feast Hog Roast

  • Feeds up to 100 people.
  • A whole British hog and served with crackling, apple & sage stuffing, apple sauce, 9 different chutneys and sauces, freshly baked breads and 4 goats cheese and sun-dried tomato tarts for vegetarians.
  • Can be served as an informal Wedding Breakfast.

Hampshire Feast Hog in a Bun

  • Feeds up to 130 people.
  • A whole British hog and served with crackling, apple & sage stuffing, apple sauce, 9 different chutneys and sauces, 4 goats cheese and sun-dried tomato tarts for vegetarians.
  • Served in soft floured buns for evening food.

Hampshire Feast Lamb Roast

  • Feeds up to 100 people.
  • A whole roast lamb and served with apricot & thyme stuffing, redcurrant jelly, mint sauce, 8 different chutneys and sauces, freshly baked breads and 4 goats cheese and sun-dried tomato tarts for vegetarians.
  • Can be served as an informal Wedding Breakfast.

  • Slowly roasted briskets of beef and served with horseradish sauce, English mustard, 8 different chutneys and sauces, freshly baked breads and 4 goats cheese and sun-dried tomato tarts.

  • Slowly roasted briskets of beef and served with horseradish sauce, English mustard, 8 different chutneys and sauces and 4 goats cheese and sun-dried tomato tarts.
