Ollie Dixon, Head Chef

Ollie’s passion for catering began more than 15 years ago when he started his career at the Solent Hotel & Spa in Whiteley, Hampshire. Since then he’s worked for a number of high-end, corporate businesses in London and on the South Coast.

For the last couple of years, Ollie worked with the Fat Hog & Big Pan Catering company as their Head Chef. He gained a wealth of knowledge and added endless variety to his food cooking and preparation styles. The passion and personal touch he puts into his work shone through so much, he decided to advance his knowledge and skills and start to work independently by setting up Hampshire Feast Event Catering.

Now he personally helps all his clients create events exactly the way they imagine them. Ollie enjoys exploring the foods of different cultures and blending them with the current food trends in the UK.
